Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Transcendent Wisdom, depicted with a radiant golden complexion and seated in full lotus posture on a lotus throne atop an elaborate dais. In his raised right hand, he holds the flaming sword of wisdom to cut through ignorance, while his left hand holds the stem of a lotus supporting a sacred text near his heart. Above him in the upper realm sit three deities enveloped in celestial clouds—a central golden Buddha flanked by two bodhisattvas—while below his throne, two additional deities appear amidst lush green landscape, traditional offerings, and stylized streams.
